Session Policy
If either the practitioner or client determines within the first 5 minutes that the reading or session is not connecting properly, the session may be discontinued with a full refund.
Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal or termination of service without future booking privileges.
Shipping & Returns
Order processing may take up to 3 business days.
Tracking information will be provided with shipped orders.
Lost or delayed packages are the responsibility of the shipping courier once shipped.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. All items are inspected prior to shipment and sent in new condition.
