Custom or handmade items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping & Tracking
All shipped orders will include a tracking number once the package has been processed by the shipping courier.
Tracking information will be provided to the customer after shipment confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping courier, responsibility for delivery timing and package handling falls to the carrier.
Birchwood Magick is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after shipment.
Any concerns regarding tracking updates, delivery delays, or missing shipments should be directed to the shipping courier using the provided tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
